Refund policy

We don't accept returns on original art — all sales of original paintings are final. Every original ships insured for its full value, so if yours were ever lost on its way to you, you would be refunded in full.

Fine art prints are made to order especially for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind, or for a size or finish ordered by mistake. If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue — we will send a free replacement or a refund, and always make it right. If it never arrives at all, tell us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date; once it's confirmed lost, we'll replace it.
